RANDY JENKINS - INTERIM SR PASTOR
Randy comes to us from Interim Pastor Ministries (IPM), attended Moody Bible Institute and is a graduate of Tri-State Bible College and Grace Theological Seminary. He served as Sr Pastor at various churches for 33 years and has served as interim at 3 churches for a total of 9 years to date. Randy and his wife LaFon have been married 45 years and have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. Their "home base" is Caro, Michigan.

JANA ERICKSON - DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES
Jana and her husband, Phil, grew up as part of the Olivet family and have served in a variety of capacities. She graduated with a BA degree in Elementary Education from Calvin University. Jana has a passion for kingdom-expanding, heart transforming ministry to children. Her experience in children's ministry includes Calvary Church, Muskegon Rescue Mission, and Three Oaks Academy. She and Phil have three children Teddy, Johanna and Ben that Jana also homeschools.

APRIL MEAD - MERCY MINISTRIES COORDINATOR
April and her husband, Brandon, have been part of the Olivet family for over 13 years. April was a youth leader for 10 years and has served in other various ways including Tech Teams, Meal Makers Ministry, and Children's ministry. She finds joy in helping others and loves to see people find their gifts and use them for God's glory. Brandon and April have been married for 14 years and have 3 daughters.

DEBBIE RANDALL - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Debbie and her husband Warren have been a part of Olivet for 7 years since the merger of the 2 churches. Debbie serves as Olivet’s office administrator and is the first face and voice you are likely to encounter if you call or visit the church. Debbie and Warren have 4 grown children and 15 grandchildren.

MATT KOOI - INTERIM YOUTH PASTOR
Matt is graciously serving as our interim, part-time Youth Pastor while he also serves full-time as the Discipleship Director at Muskegon Rescue Mission. Matt grew up at Olivet, met his wife Becky as a student at Trinity University. He served as Youth Pastor for nine years at a church in Coldwater, MI where he led students on annual missions trips to Mexico. He joined Spectrum Ministries as Director for nine years where he oversaw teams ministering to the poor and needy in Tijuana. He and his family moved back to Michigan in 2022 where he joined the staff of the Rescue Mission. Matt and his wife Becky have three adult children and one grandchild.

Matt and his wife Elaine have been part of the Olivet family for over 35 years where Matt has served in various ministries including the Leadership Team, Life Groups and the Worship Ministry. Matt graduated from LSSU with a degree in Engineering and is retired from Herman Miller where he led the corporate Continuous Improvement Team. He joined the staff about a year ago to help with the Mission, Vision and Strategy and ongoing planning and communication. Matt and Elaine have a son Nathan and daughter Hannah who are both married and have families of their own including 5 grandchildren.

STEVE KAREL - WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Steve and his wife Debra have been long time members of Olivet and Steve has led and served as Worship Director for over 20 years. He graduated from Grace College in Winona Lake with a degree in music. Steve has written and arranged many of the worship songs we've sung over the years and continues to use his talents to write an album of his own! He works as a buyer for West Michigan Rubber. Steve and Debra have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
